  • When will my order be shipped?

    We normally ship your order within 4-7 business days after we receive a confirmation that your payment has been received. We will send you a notification once your order has been shipped.

    How will we send items?

    We always check to ensure that you get the best possible shipping carriers. We basically select the most cost effective courier to deliver your order from the following carriers.

    – UPS: United Parcel Service
    – TNT
    – FedEx: Federal Express.
    – EMS: Express Mail Service
    – Global Air Express (One of the best carriers in our country)
    – Thailand Post

    For big orders, please note that you are responsible to notify us if you prefer to use another courier or if you would like to use your own shipper account.

  • What is our policy for refund and return?

    We do 100% cash refund or store credit with no questions asked, no restocking fees and we are not kidding.

    We are proud to guarantee your satisfaction with every single product you purchased from us for a limited period of 30 days from shipment arrival date.

    Upon receiving your returned products, we will refund you 100% of the return products value via the same payment channel as your purchase, or we may provide you with a store credit that you can use for your next order.

    We believe that we are the ONLY wholesaler worldwide who accepts the returned products without charging customers for the shipping costs.

    How to refurn items?

    To make a return, simply contact us and after your return request has been confirmed, we will let you know so you can ship the item back. Please note that you are responsible for any damage to the item in return transit, so it is recommended to send it insured.

    Once the item is received in its original condition, your credit card or PayPal account will be credited with the price of the item or we will add credits to your HOMM account which you can use to pay for your next orders.
